I got my Seven Swords of Sin module-thank you

However did I miss W1 on my subscription?

Do I need to order it specifically?

Yep—W1 came out before D2. Your subscription will start with U1.

We cannot add regular (non-subscription) items to subscription orders at this time, however, this is a functionality we are working on putting into place as soon as possible.
