I am unable to download Pathfinder 1 from my account link. Help Please.
Also, why am I not list as a Charter Subcriber? I chose to subcribe to Pathfinder shortly after the sad anouncement was made about the other mags.

To download your Pathfinder #1, go to your My Downloads page. Click the "Personalize this file" link, wait 10-20 seconds, then refresh the page. Then the "Download this file" link will work.
The "Charter Subscriber" title is only for those who started an ongoing subscription before August 13. You chose to convert your remaining issues of Dragon and Dungeon to Pathfinder, but didn't set up an ongoing subscription.

Sorry my goof. I thought the ongoing subscription was automatic when I switched.

After downloading Oone's Customizable Battlegrounds - Crypt of Horror, when printing I only get the first 3 pages and then I get umpteen pages of just ascii script across the top. Help so I can print.
Please try to re-personalize and re-download the file and see if that fixes the problem. If not, please let me know.
