Hi!
I placed a pathfinder ongoing subscription combined with a game mastery module ongoing subscription on August 19th, Order Number 792190.
As anyone else who hasn't got it yet, I'm eagerly awaiting pathfinder 1, or at least the pdf of it.
What confuses me a bit is the message in my account's sidecart, stating:
"You have 1 item waiting to be shipped when Pathfinder #2—Rise of the Runelords Chapter 2: "The Skinsaw Murders" (OGL) arrives at our warehouse:
• GameMastery Module D2: Seven Swords of Sin (OGL) Print Edition
Paizo Publishing, LLC"
Okay, the note on the my suscription page actually tells me not to worry, as subscribers will receive pathfinder issue 1...However, the message in my sidecart suggests to me that I might have placed my subscription too late for receiving pathfinder 1...
If so, please inform me, so I can rush and order pathfinder 1 seperately.

P.S. Although this posting was somewhat centered on pathfinder, that does not mean I underappreciate your efforts with the gamemastery modules... Although I missed W1 (as I was looking for a module suitable for level 1 players), I loved D0 and D1. Keep on the good work.

Yes, it's a bit confusing...
You're wondering if pathfinder 1 has not shipped yet because of the technical difficulties paizo is faced with right now or if it hasn't shipped yet because you aren't to get it in the first place...as your subscription is to start with #issue 2...
I have sent a mail to customer service, hope I'll get an answer soon...
@Guthwulf: I just got mail that pathfinder 1 is being shipped...
as one single item, though, meaning that module D2 will come along with pathfinder 2.
