I've ordered this yesterday. When do you expect this to be available? Are the other items included in my order (especially the Alternate Cover Pathfinder #1) set aside while we are waiting for this book to arrive, so to be sure I will not miss them?

Right now your order is set to ship together, so it will wait until everything is in before it will ship. This is probably not your best bet.
The preorder on your order, Dragons of Winter, is scheduled to ship (according to Dragonlance.com) in October of this year. However this book was released in September 2004. The fact that it is backordered means that we have received no indication that it has been discontinued, but that we are awaiting a restock from the manufacturer. I would be surprised if this book became available again anytime soon if at all.
Your best bet would be to have us move this item onto it's own order so that you will get it if it does become available, but it won't hold up your other items indefinitely if it doesn't.
