Hello, on Febuary 4th, 2016. I purchased the
"Humble RPG Book Bundle: Pathfinder!" full package, including the starter kit. I still have the record of the purchase on Humble. At that time, I submitted the keys I was given by Humble here. I never received the starter kit, however at the time, I did received access to the PDF files I purchased. At the time, your hardware was having problems keeping up with the downloads, not to mention, I did not have a comfortable medium for reading digital documents. So I gave up on downloading the material for now.
Today I went back to finally download my material and discovered I no longer have access to it. I was not aware that there was a time limit I could access them.
All in all, I would like to actually receive my starter kit some time in the future. As well as I would like access to the PDF materials I purchased, that seem to have now vanished from my account.
An expedited response would be appreciated.

It looks like your Humble Bundle PDFs should be available on your My Downloads page. What is making you think that you do not have access to them?
As for the Beginner Box, I’ve checked on your order and it doesn’t look like it was submitted all the way. You should be able to get back to the order here to finish submitting it: https://secure.paizo.com/humblebundle
On the confirmation step, there is a “Place Your Order” button that people sometimes miss. Once it is submitted successfully, you should get an order confirmation email and it will show up on your Order History page.

I apologize. Um... looks like I was looking at the Game Resources page instead of my downloads page last night which confused me. I have also resubmitted the order.

Hi Callak,
It looks like your order still hadn't been fully submitted yet, but I've pushed it through on my end and it should now be pending. I sent you a confirmation email so that you can look over the order to make sure everything is correct.
Once our warehouse has processed the order for shipping, you should receive a second confirmation email to let you know that it's on the way.
As for the downloads, I do see them on your account, so you should be able to access them. You should be able to find them in the My Downloads section.
