My mom is the person who started my Dragon subscritpion with Paizo, but she changed jobs, and doesn't have the same email address anymore. I don't know how to make an account for her without her old email, which I need in order to take part in the Transition between Dragon and Pathfinder.

I don't know how to make an account for her without her old email, which I need in order to take part in the Transition between Dragon and Pathfinder.Please send me an email to customer.service@paizo.com that contains the mailing address for your subscription, the old email address that the subscription is tied to, and the new email address to which you would like me to associate the subscription. I will then reassociate your profile to the new address and reset your password, so that you can access your subscription and choose your Transition option.
