Thanks, Golem101. I never would have thought it would be in the Spellcraft article, Songsabers of Waterdeep.
Aubrey, from what I can tell the Dueling Cloak & the Gnome Battle Cloak do appear to be mostly identical. Here are the differences:
-- A dueling cloack only grants a +2 to a Disarm attempt, while a Gnome Battle Cloak grants +4.
-- Dueling Cloaks grants a +1 AC and is consider to be a part of the Light Armor Proficiency. The +1 AC Bonus is lost in any turn which you've made a Disarm Attempt. The Gnome Battle Cloak doesn't confer any +1 AC Bonus and takes a special shield proficiency to use.
