Order Confusion

Yesterday I ordered a subscription to both Pathfinder and the GameMastery Modules. In the shopping cart I selected to have them delivered together to save on delivery costs. I also selected to start my subscription with Module W1 and Pathfinder #1. When I completed the order the total amount included two delivery charges. One for GM Modules and the other for Pathfinder. I've sent an email to [e-mail] about this yesterday but still no reply.

This morning I received a confirmation email that my first delivery will contain only Module D2: Seven Swords and that my credit card has been billed $12.99 and $6.86 for the Shipping & Handling. This is not what I had selected in my order!

I noticed in the email a link to the "MyAccount" section of the site. I followed the link to find that my subscription option had been set to "Never hold either". Again, this is not what I had selected in my order. It appears that you should have your site developer review that functionality as there appears to be several bugs.

At any rate, I would like to have this corrected as soon as possible. I'm expecting Pathfinder 1 and module W1 in my first delivery.

I'm in a similar situation: I have a number of Pathfinder free issues deriving from the converted Dragon and Dungeon subscriptions; I read elsewhere on the boards that by combining shipping of Pathfinder and Gamemastery modules I wuold only pay for the module's quota of shipping expenses.
Today I checked my account, and I find in the "Sidecart" the following: "You have 1 item waiting to be shipped when Pathfinder #2—Rise of the Runelords Chapter 2: "The Skinsaw Murders" (OGL) arrives at our warehouse:
• GameMastery Module D2: Seven Swords of Sin (OGL) 1 @ $12.99"
- but then in My Order Hystory I see the same module charged at a full $19.85 (I live in Italy).
So what's the deal? I expected to see the total cost to be significantly lower. By the way, when I ordered modules D1 and W1 as part of my ongoing subscription, I was charged $19.40, slightly less than what I see for module D2...
Please, can anyone over there at Paizo fix the problem, and let us know exactly what are we going to pay with the different shipping options? thank you very much.

I am also one of the confused. I subscribed to Pathfinder and Gamemastery. I received a charge for D2 which included shipping which was different than my shipping selection. I selected to have both items shipped at once using UPS for ~$7 and change. I was charged $6 and change for shipping. My sidecart says D2 will ship when RoTRL #2 is available. What happened to RoTRL #1? And will that ship with W1?

OK, now My order History shows an order for Pathfinder #1, Module D2 and RotR Player's Guide for a total of $14,48, which seems right considering my Charter subscriber status.

My credit card has already been charged for that amount, although I cannot download the Pathfinder #1 PDF yet...
