My subscriptions are expired?

I tried to log on for the transition and was told that there were two accounts attached to my email address and to contact customer service. I did that, the regenerated my password (twice!) and now when I log it it says both my Dragon and Dungeon subscriptions are expired -- I would have thought that I'd have a few issues left to transfer, and I'm wondering if there's some sort of bug with those two emails and my account info is lost.

It looks like your current subscriptions were associated with another email address ("wisc.edu"). So I have merged that profile with this ("gmail.com") profile. That other profile no longer exists and you should be able to transition your subscriptions normally now with this profile, just check your My Subscriptions page. If you have any further problems, let me know.
