(Sorry, I posted this same question in The Subscriptions area first)
I received Dungeon for Christmas and my first issue came in February or March.
I should have a few more issues left. I was going to use them for
old Dragon issues or something. But when I log on to this account
it says I have no credit left. In fact it looks like it says my
subscription ran out in January of this year. It is possible
that I got the subscription through some other method (It was a
Christmas gift after all.) I have the account number on the mailing label
How can I claim the "transition" option?

I can't check into that from outside the office, but you may be able to solve it yourself. Have you tried associating your subscription from your My Subscriptions page?

Margaret,
I've associated your subscription with your account. Just head over to the Transition page to choose what to do with your excess credit.

Thank you very much. I see it now.
I was hoping to get the last issue of Dragon as my transition compensationbut I don't see that option. I'll look around to see if someone else
has asked that question
thanks again

That issues has already shipped to subscribers, so the only way to get it in transition would be to choose store credit and preorder the back issue at the $11.00 cover price.
