How do I order the Doctor Lucky mini and have it ship with the first Pathfinder volume to combine shipping? I'm foreign, and I'd rather not pay for out-of-country shipping more often than I need to.
Unfortunately, we do not have this functionality available yet. This is a feature that we are planning to add to Paizo.com, but we are not there yet.
At this point, your best bet would be to add the Doctor Lucky to another, non-subscription order.
