Don't think I've ever shared this... It's from "Almost Alice", the soundtrack (songs from and inspired by) for Tim Burton's Alice in Wonderland. Such an innocent sounding song, but so full of innuendo too... "Try not to move so fast. Don't you know the sir comes last? I'm a lady fathamucka try to show some class!"

And once again, comments are disabled. Too many people complaining about Hungarian hovercrafts being full of eels, I guess.

Yes, this is an old Kenny Rogers chestnut covered by the German answer to Depeche Mode. The mere existence of this song makes the mind boggle.

Man, how good was Floodlands? Sure, Andrew Eldritch is, uh, 'headstrong' and 'independent' to the point of mental illness and thinks he's the second coming of David Bowie, and, sure, Patricia Morrison was a fraud and a fake, and, sure, this is when Andrew sold out and outraged all the rock purists. None of that matters when the songs are awesome.

I can't decide whether I think this is awesome or if it needs to be destroyed... probably both. The aria notes over the top of everything just takes the cake. Anyway...
And One
For some reason Germany just really seems to be into synthpop...
