My order for _Start of Darkness_ is still showing as "pending". It was ordered back in April, got delayed due to the printing issues and then when it was finally in stock, it had been long enough that my card had expired. I updated my information last week, but the order is still showing as "pending".

Do you have an estimate on when it will ship out?

I have rerun your order and we'll get it shipped out to you as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, "soon" is the most specific I can get at this time.
