Unable to personalize file to download it.

I purchased Dungeon #82 in PDF format yesterday, in order #751178. So far I have not been able to personalize the file so I can download it. When I try, I get the message saying 'Working... Please check back in a minute,' but eventually instead of a personalized file, when I reload the page I just get the option to personalize it, as if I hadn't done anything. I have personalized and downloaded the other files I purchased in that order without problems - it is only Dungeon #82 that's a problem. Could someone please check to see if there is a problem with the file itself?

There is in fact a problem with that issue, but we won't be able to fix it until we get into the office on Monday.

Thanks for the response. It's good to know I'm not doing something dumb tp not get it, and look forward to getting the magazine once the problem is fixed.
