How long should an order be pending for? My order has been pending for over a week. Is that normal?

In the product description of the Wall of Smoke Markers on your order it states that this product usually ships from our warehouse in 8 business days to two weeks. This is the time required to bring it in from our distributor and your order will be considered "pending" until every item has come in as we ship it to you. You will receive another confirmation email when the order ships.

So, yes, it is normal for your order to still be pending. :)

So are you guys having a problem getting the Wall of Smokes? The order has now been pending for over 2 weeks. I'm not trying to be a pest, but the Walls are a gift for a friend.

Thank you very much. The service at Paizo is beyond excellent.


Sadly the order still shows pending.

Also when it charges me for one of my month-by-month subscriptions is that when they send it. They notified me of the charge almost three weeks ago for module D1 and I still don't have it. I know your using a different shipping method, does it take that much longer.
