There was an earlier thread about converting the Savage Tide from the Greyhawk setting to Eberron. Is anyone running the adventure path in the Eberron campaign and how have you coped with the latest developments as the party is catapulted to the outer plains?
I'd love to see a breakdown of changes to the adventure path by Dungeon issue but that's probably just laziness on my part as well as wishful thinking.
Given the different cosmology that Eberron has to other D&D campaign settings how have other people explained the outer plains?
If some kind soul has already done this I apologise but would appreciate being pointed in the right direction.
Thanks.

I believe the common interpretation of Demogorgon is that she is a Rakshasa Rajah from the Age of Demons. She is either one of the top ranks, or one of the generals just under the top ranks. In some translations, which I may or may not use, her dual personality is due to the influence of a Quori mind -- this would be Aameul, with Hethrediah being the original demon-mind. Her Aspects would, of course, be unique Rakshasa subordinate to her.
Into the Maw: Divided Ire is located deep in Khyber, accessible only through a torrential whirlpool which sometimes whisks ships from the surface waters of Eberron to a massive toxic ocean of Khyber's own blood, pooling out from a possibly mortal wound. The purpose of Divided Ire is more sinister than simply a disposal grounds for enemies; Demogorgon is intentionally farming and corrupting outsiders. It is not unusual for outsiders who leave their home planes to become acclimated to Eberron; these outsiders can no longer return home, and the Radiant Idols are only one example of many. Outsiders who are torn from their home planes and confined in Khyber suffer far worse. Ultimately, the captives here are trapped until they are corrupted, at which point they gain their freedom at the cost of eternal servitude.
Wells of Darkness: Very easy conversion. The Wells are massive uncrystallized Khyber Dragonshards, possibly still carrying out their original functions as organs in the body of Khyber. Ahazu is one of the original Khyber Demons, and Shami-Amourae is an outsider summoned by Demogorgon using some variant of Planar Binding. Used as shock troops by both sides during the demon-dragon war, certain outsiders were destroyed or confined to keep secrets safe after they were no longer needed.
Enemies of My Enemy: There's a bit of a laundry list of powerful figures to translate, but the Styx is the arterial blood flow of Khyber, the flow of which indicates a still-beating heart somewhere in this dark world… In any case, PCs that travel the bloodstream of Khyber can reach any general part of Eberron, although the closest passage upwards may be several hundred miles away from their desired destination.
Charon: Although the fiends were born of Khyber, she does not love all her children. Indeed, some say that the fiends that were expelled from Khyber sprang from the venom Eberron used to strike her down, and the existence of Demogorgon is a role not unlike that of pus in your own body. Charon, on the other hand, is a true child of Khyber, and he grows wroth at the horrible wound Demogorgon dealt his mother when he pierced her artery to flood the Wells of Darkness.
Iggwilv: She is a hag that lives deep under Droaam, although she does not share interest in the surface with the Daughters of Sora Kell. Indeed, perhaps she is THE Sora Kell.
Orcus: Daelkyr. His creativity is focused on aberrant undead, which start with unspeakable abominations and get radically worse from there. Demogorgon is an active competitor that he wants eliminated.
Morwel: Lots of palette swaps, essentially. The Coatl are only the most famous of the native outsiders that fought alongside the dragons in the primeval Age of Demons. There are many more types of native outsiders, and they still maintain a loose confederation against the demons, even as some engage in their own projects, such as the Coatl with their Church of the Silver Flame. By all means re-use the same stats as those printed in the magazine, but don't actually CALL them Eladrin.
Malcanthet: Eons ago, a fiend of Mabar began to collect Radiant Idols fallen from Syrania for her own inscrutable purposes. Whether her fall preceded theirs or not is anyone's guess, but she is now obsessed with the worship of mortals. She has cooperated with Demogorgon in the past for the purposes of siphoning off worshipers from Demogorgon's Cults of the Dragon Below, but she has no interest in actually allowing Demogorgon's plans to come to fruition.
Obox-Ob: Not all horrifying monstrosities are born of Khyber or Xoriat. Obox-Ob is born of Eberron, a sort of white blood cell that deals with harmful infections by destroying the entire site of contamination, rendering it down into its component parts. Obox-Ob does not distinguish between human civilization and an army of demons, and is therefore difficult to harness effectively, but it is very powerful and a natural threat to Demogorgon.
Your mileage may vary, and all that. I do not know whether I will use some or all of these, but these are the ideas I've come up with so far.
