Lotus Dragon leader and Prisons (spoilers)

If Rowyn was captured and imprisoned while waiting for her trial, where would she be kept, and what kind of security would there be?
I really am not sure on where to put the Sasserine prison.

Sasserine doesn't really have one centralized prison; each district's garrison has its own prison, so Rowyn would probably be kept in the Sunrise district's garrison dungeon. For really REALLY bad folk, who menace the city as a whole, they probably go into the dungeons below Castle Teraknian. Rowyn might actually end up there, come to think of it. She WAS being pretty naughty.

Teraknian is where they ended up in my game.

lol we simply handed her back to the Kelani's with a very stern warning.... noone really trusted the city guards with rgeard to nobility, corruption-wise, and everybody decided it was all-in-all not that wise to disgrace the noble family in public.

Big mistake - they learned their lesson afterwards
