I ordered a month to month Dragon subscription and the critical hit deck in this order. I got the Dragon but still haven't received my Gamemastery Critical hit deck. Please find out where it is and get it to me.

It's Saturday, almost 4 weeks since I place my order. Still no deck. I'm not very pleased right now. I love your products, but something seems to happen to the products between the time you ship them and when (if) they arrive. This seems to be a very common occurance with Paizo products. Why is that?

Just responded to your email.

Just as a note, if this is something that has been happening frequently when you make an order, you may want to check with your local post office. We definitely want to make sure that there isn't anything in your address as it appears on our mailing labels that may be confusing someone along the way and delaying delivery of your package.

Still no critical hit deck. Right now, I'd just rather have my money back, and forget I ordered it.

I'm very sorry that your product was not able to reach you. I have refunded the merchandise price as well as your shipping and handling fee. For future orders I would definitely encourage you to choose a UPS shipping method, as this is trackable and prevents unexplained disappearances like this.
