well, I enjoyed it; the whole series is like a good old D&D romp. Am considering making pc sheets for them for fun, the class choices look pretty easy and straight forward. Anyway, I enjoyed the movie.

yeah, laughed and was sad at the same time; we were never rude to people as gamers and certainly not adults and didn't snicker and d&d them until they left.
I haven't seen it, but I'm already sick of this movie. Too much marketing. It's possible that it would be a perfectly enjoyable film, but the commercials, tv specials, product tie-ins and everything drive me up the wall.
Went and saw it tonight. It was funny. I laughed when the DYD kid sneezed and was sad when they were in they gym. (if you see the movie, you'll know what I'm talking about)
Saw it on the 17th as a suedo midnight showing (film started at 10). Found the thing very funny. Love the "Baracuda" scene. Love the fact they have upped the mature humor with out blowing it for the kids.
I saw it I thought it would have been better without Shrek or all the princess going bad ass stuff. I would have preferred a movie with Donkey and Puss-In-Boots. I know that wouldn't be Shrek then.

Went to see it this weekend. There were some genuinely funny moments (IMMIGRANT SONG?!? YES!), but for the most part the whole movie seemed kinda phoned-in. Like they were just going through the motions.
My daughter and niece, however, LOVED IT. And I was definitely entertained, so it fit the bill perfectly.
Donkey has annoyed me since the first movie, and he still does.
