I placed this order on May 8, and my last credit card statement was totaled on May 7th. Looking at my account online, this charge does not appear. I have already spoken with my credit card company, so it is possible that the charge was not sent to my company. What is the easiest way to resolve this?

Your order does not appear on your statement because you have not been charged for anything yet.

We cannot charge you for an order until we ship it to you and, as the product description of the Hyperconscious book states, this product usually ships from our warehouse in 5 to 11 business days. It will be shipping, in fact, either today or tomorrow most likely.

As for your month-to-month subscription, it will charge your card when we process the next issue of Dragon, which will be next week.

Ah. Well now I feel very stupid. My other orders appeared to be charged to my card quickly, so I thought there was a problem. I'll keep it in mind.
