Melee touch attacks and AoO

3.5/d20/OGL

Okay, a PC missus with his melee touch attack and the spell remain undischarged. Can it be used in the event of an AoO? I can't think why not.

Yep, he can make whatever attacks he wants. Keep in mind, a melee touch attack is treated as an "armed" attack, and doesn't provoke either!

Course, if some dude waved a hand glowing with sickly grey energy curling off into wisps of slimy miasma, I'd be preoccupied with keeping it away from me too.

I can't see any reason someone with a charged touch spell already cast couldn't use it for an AoO.

Thanks, guys.
