Hi,
I've been recommended a couple of adventures published in Dungeon mag to fit into something I'm putting together at the moment.
One of the 2 issues I'm interested in is available in pdf, the other (issue 135) isn't, at this time. I probably won't buy print (shipping to UK almost doubles the cost in a tight hobby budget and I really only want the one adventure).
Is there a time period between initial publication and availability as pdf, or it happens as and when?
Cheers.

Upon rereading our contract recently, we realized we'd misinterpreted a key phrase—it only considers newsstand availability, not overall in-print availablity. So we'll be buffing up the PDF selection over the coming months.
However, issues do still have to have been off-sale for at least a year before we can make them available in PDF form, and Dungeon 135 has only been off-sale for eleven months.

I am sure this has been answered elsewhere, but what does that mean after the apocalypse (the ceasation of publication of Dragon and Dungeon) for finding back issues? Will we still be able to purchase pdf back issues from Paizo as stock runs out of the print back issues?

How far back can Paizo convert Dungeon and Dragon magazines into PDFs?
will you be able to offer them after WOTC take stheir license back?

Well, we have to ensure that we have the rights to republish each article, and then we also have to be able to create the actual PDF. For issues published by Paizo, we know we've got the rights, and we shouldn't have problems getting the original source files to create the PDFs, so those are fairly easy. Unfortunately, it's a lot harder on both counts as we go back from the Paizo era—and the farther we go back, the harder it is—so we'll see how far we get.

Funny Thing.
I wrote an adventure for issue #76. I have somehow lost all of my copies. I have my original work still, but not the mag. I'd like to get a new one, but it's unavailable now.
I would rather have a pdf copy than nothing.
Consider this my permission to use it, although I'm pretty sure you're already covered for that anyways.

I'm travelling around the world for a year. It's a great adventure (I've explored ruins in Cambodia, climbed a 1000ft high sand dune in Mongolia, and am currently in Siberia), but it's pretty much put a hold on gaming.
Knowing that I would do this, I haven't bought any of the Savage Tide adventure path. I won't be back in the states until Christmas, so I doubt that I will be able to buy the print issues.
But, can I count on (eventually) being able to get the Dungeon magazines that comprise the Savage Tide AP in PDF form?
Thanks,
Ken McKinney

Given the ending of the license, will I be able to get this year's issues as PDFs or will I have to wait until next year to acquire them all?
