According to my online bank statement, I have two pending charges to my bank account. The problem is I didn't buy anything from Paizo, and the puchases don't even show up in my order history. I have two charges of 44.36 made on the 28th. I need to be refunded this money immediately or I won't be able to cover several checks I have written for bills. I tried to call customer service twice, but couldn't get through, so I left a message. Please contact me at 859-893-0677 to get this issue resolved.

Well, when I say "have sent" I usually mean "am about to start composing and then send but I'm marking this as done so no one else starts working on it".
