Pathfinder Adventure Path Subscriber

On an unrelated note: Put me down in the Solidly Paizo & Pathfinder Loyal Group. Judging from the number of Pathfinder Subscriber and Pathfinder Charter Subscriber titles, so are many others!

Now for the real question. I saw the first accidental Pathfinder $13.99 subscription charge on 4/21. No problem, because soon after I saw the "Oops!" email. But today I see what appears to be another billing on 4/25 for $13.99, rather than a credit? Is my credit card company incorrect?

I was correctly credited the 13.99 that was charged earlier in the week - as an fyi

Deathdwarf,

First off... Thanks! We really appreciate all of the positive sentiments and have been overwhelmed by the enormously positive response to Pathfinder. Thank you very much!

As for the credit, I double-checked your order, as well as our credit card processing software, and everything (at least on our end) shows a credit. Please double-double check with your monthly statement from your bank and if it still says charge, let me know because that would indicate something wrong on a very fundamental level.

Thanks,

I received the e-mail yesterday (okay, well, I READ it yesterday, I don't remember the actual date on it). The credit shows up on my statement now. All is well. Thanks guys!

I watch my bank statements very closely. In my case, I had a charge for $13.99, and I showed a credit for $13.99. I also had a pre-charge for $17.99 and another for $13.99.

I waited a few days so I could balance my check book, and the $17.99 pre-charge and second $13.99 pre-charge disappeared.

I am left with a charge of $13.99 and a credit of $13.99.

Everything appears to be in order for me, now. Though it was very strange for a while.
