Trying to get a second copy of each remaining Dungeon & Dragon

I still have more than enough issues left on each subscription. I want to get a second copy of each of the remaining issues.

Yesterday, I added a month-to-month subscription for each to my cart, chose 1 copy of each, and checked out. Today, "my subscriptions" looks just the same as before. Is there a better way to do this?
