A Little Confused By Month-By-Month Subscription

My subscription ends two months before the final issue... when ordering a month-by-month subscription, do I plug in the number of additional months I want to add, or do I need to make a month-by-month order each month I need an issue for?

The Month-By-Month subscription page leaves a blank for me to fill in a quantity, if I plug in "2" will it add two months to my current subscription or will the system just send me two copies of one issue?

"Quantity 2" means two copies of each issue. Just sign up for one month-to-month, and you'll get one copy of each issue until the end of the run.

So I don't have to come back every month for one more issue?

Does your check-out system calculate all remaining issues for each purchaser of an MtM and just bill once?

A month-to-month sub means that we'll automatically bill your credit card each month when we ship your issue.

For Dragon or Dungeon, it'll end automatically with the final issues.

For Pathfinder, it'll keep going until you choose to cancel it. "Set it and forget it," as they say. No renewal notices, no missed issues, no hassles. (And when you need to change the expiration date on your card, or there are any other similar problems, we'll e-mail you with enough time to fix it before you miss an issue.)


Vic, it's a little confusing because if you click on month-to-month for Dragon it shows issue 355. My Dragon subscription is already paid up to issue 357. If I enter a 1 in the box, am I going to receive another issue of 355, or does the system know to start the subscription _after_ my last regularly subscribed issue (357).

I just reviewed your subscriptions, and everything appears 5x5. Your Dragon month-to-month should take up after your current subscription leaves off.

If there are any problems, just let us know and we will take care of it.

Are month-to-month subscriptions available for UK subscribers? I'd like to renew my subscription to ensure that I continue receiving Dragon and Dungeon until September, but I can only see options for subscriptions to US or Canada. Are there any options for UK subscribers?

I will be in the same boat. Please extend me the same courtesy. My subscription ends one issue before the end of the run, with #358. I'm intending (right after this), to subscribe to Dragon month-to-month, in order to get that last issue.

I reviewed your subscriptions as well and you are all set to get the final issues of both magazines and (as your Charter Subscriber status shows) your Pathfinder subscription will begin with volume one. As I know you've had a lot of missed and late issues in the past, rest assured that we'll make sure you actually get all the issues you are supposed to get. Just let me know if/when something fails to show. The good news is that Pathfinder will be shipped via a higher priority of mail so your problems should definitely decrease if not go away altogether. : )
