Dungeon 145 is missing

Dear Paizo

Canada is a long way for the US post it seems.

Based on my past experiences I accepted to wait over 8 weeks to complaint about issue 145. Today I got issue 146, I guess I now can officially say that issue 145 is lost in the mail. Please provide replacement.
