Five Deadly Venoms of Kung-Fu? One of my all time favorite old martial arts flicks. Someone needs to do a remake. Well Master told me so anyway. ;)

To your question. I had to invent a martial art for the last installment of the Seeds of Sehan arc, and basically I just mixed some feats together to get what I wanted. There are a lot of cool monk feats/rules in books like Complete Warrior, Unearthed Arcana, Dragon Compendium Volume 1, and Players Handbook II, (I even used one from the Draconomicon) with which to customize a character's fighting style. Might I also recommend Dragon 289 - all around excellent Oriental-style issue by the way - and it's article PLAYFUL PHOENIX FIST VS. FOUR SCHOLARS BOXING By Patrick T. Younts and Matthew Sernett. A brilliant generator for coming up with technique names.
