Dungeon Issue #146

Dear Paizo,

I have not received the current issue of Dungeon via mail (issue No. 146). Since it will appear on news stands this Wednesday I would like to request that you credit my subscription for an additional issue.

I don’t see any point in waiting for a replacement copy since it will take X number of weeks to receive and I can simply stop at the local hobby store to pick up a copy in two days.

We want to make sure that your issue is missing, and not just running late, before we send replacements/credits. Please just give your issue more time to arrive, and if it should not arrive, we will be more than happy to replace it.

Vile, I'd take running late to mean 4-6 weeks. I also have not gotten my 146, and I received Dragon 355 today. I think that according to the shipping dates, Dungeon 146 left Paizo before Dragon 355.

I can't remember what the name of the class of shipping that Paizo uses, but it's the type of delivery that is intended to tell the post office "delivery it whenever you can get around to it". It's like that with pretty much every magazine out there.

As a rule of thumb, I've learned to not contact Paizo for a credit/reimbursement until the following episode is listed on the website.


I am missing #146 as well. Paizo customer service has asked that we hold off until Friday 4/20 before declaring #146 officially M.I.A....

I just called customer service about it, and my replacement is on its way. You'll probably need to contact them directly.

Hi, I know this is a bit late, but I study abroad and just came home. While all of my other Dragon and Dungeons issues were present when I checked my mail, it seems I did not receive Dungeon #146. Could a replacement be sent to me please?

I am in the same boat. I received 147 but not 146. I understand the transition going on at Paizo is probably not easy. Please check on my issue when you can.
