Problems downloading files from the store

Hi all,

I just purchased three PDFs at your online store.

Yet, when I try download them, things get very slow - a small doenload of about 10 MB is taking over 40 minutes, and a bigger one is simply suspended due to low server connection.

I am sorry if this is the wrong place to ask, but is it that I am doing something wrong, or is it that the servers at Paizo are just very slow? - Actually, I hadn't projected letting my machine run all night for the *From the Ashes* PDF... :-)

Please, help me out! :-)

I'm out at a trade show right now, so I can't check the site's current bandwidth status, but I know of no reason you should be having problems. I'd suggest you try connecting from a different browser, trying one file at a time.

(You can see the recent posts here for some other users' recent experiences both pro and con. We're beginning to wonder if there might be a flaky router somewhere slightly upstream of us, outside of our direct control.)
