Shipment to Italy: should I start to worry?

Customer Service

Silver Crusade

Hello,

I placed an order a month ago (order number 704872); all of its items are labeled as "shipped" (I received the second email on February the 8), but I have not received the shipment yet.

I live in Italy. What's the time needed for a shipment to reach Europe?

I hope I don't have to be worried... ;-)

Thanks in advance for your answer.
J.

Hi jakoov, I'm from Italy too (Forlì); shipments from the USA take at least 2 months, but they do arrive, be sure of that.
My last order, placed on December 11 2006 arrived this monday (March 12, 2007)... you'll have to be patient.

Wow.
Two months? O_o

Well, guess I'll have to wait...
Thanks. :)

We do our best to get our orders into the USPS system as quickly as possible but once they're on their way there's nothing we can do to speed up their arrival...sorry guys but it's the hurry-up-and-wait game now. Please keep us posted on their arrival.

USPS?! USPS?!

I thought there was a PAIZO intern carrying each european shipment through the Atlantic Ocean in a raft, fending off sharks and pirates!
...
I'm immensely dissatisfied! You do not really care about you customers! X-D

Paizo should definitely hire more ninja pirates to deliver the magazines personally overseas :)

We tried that and it surely did speed up delivery, but the ninja pirates kept robbing and killing the recipients. This proved to be an untenable business model.

*sigh*
Still nothing... :-(

Shipment arrived just now (10 AM, 30/04)! Nothing missing! Everything cool!
...
By the way, it had an extra surprise: about 30 euros of taxes. -_-

EDIT: 10 AM in GMT+1, of course. ^_^
