True dat.
I don't know what it's current availability is, but when I got that cd, it was an out-of-print rarity from Henry Rollins's reprint Infinite Zero series.
I look forward to listening to the rest of your finds.
In the meantime,

Appears to be available on Light In The Attic records
They seem to like releasing (some) things on cassette, for extrah hipstah points.

Cassette releases bug the s%*~ out of me. I understand that they're cheap to produce, but finding a working tape player in 2016 is like finding a g$@%~~n unicorn. I know a lot of people (myself included) who just buy the tapes to support their friends' bands, and can't actually listen to them.

Springfield does house one of the few still-producing cassette plants in the US. One of my friends worked there for a while and I got a couple cassettes. S!@~horse was one band, I can't remember the other ones. It seems like a 'punk' thing to do, like the split 7inchers in the 80s. But I really don't see the gutterrats carrying tape players anywhere, only mp3s or car cd players.
Hugh Masekela - Grazing In The Grass
Isley Brothers - Behind A Painted Smile
The Piglets ~ Johnny Reggae
and something that you WILL NEVER be able to forget:
Howie Mandel - Watusi

Looks like a nice label.
I don't buy cassette releases, but my tape player in my car's still working after two decades.

There's a very, very short list of listenable songs by The Eagles, and this song is at the top.
Agreed. Never got into the band, though Desperado and The Long Run were issued to us as teens. I like Joe Walsh and Jackson Browne better when they're not associated with the Eagles. I still like this one track.

Is it me, or does the riff at the beginning sound rather like the one that opens 'Another Girl, Another Planet'?

I liked Henley's first solo album best of all of them.

Pucho and his Latin Soul Brothers
What was the original version of 'You Can't Always Get What You Want' missing? Demented shrieking and turkey imitations, apparently.

Steely Dan, "Caves of Altamira" Despite being the worst song on that album, it's somehow gotten stuck in my head.
