Do I have to post on the boards about the missing issues?

I have e-mailed about them, but wasn't sure if the e-mail gets junked without a post first. Just in case, I'm missing from my subscription: Dungeon issue 144, and from a seperate order #703416 Dragon #346

Customer service email is never junked. The best way to report a missing issue or order is with just an email and, in fact, it's better not to do a post *and* an email as with multiple people handling customer service, that makes it easy for things to get confused.
