It would be easier to make up names for their ships, but here's a few I thought of. Maybe they could give the Crimson Sails some competition. (But would this be a good thing or a bad thing?)
Pirate crews are generally known after the Captain or the Ship. And Pirate Fleets as such are rather uncommon, because they ain't great ones for co-operation.

Reef Runners - Work in shallow waters with a number of small fast shallow hulled boats aiming to guide their pray into reefs for easier pickings.
Ironfist's Crew - I'm seeing a captain with the fist of a destroyed construct, the one responsible for the loss of his real hand.
Bonny Beth's Boys. - Elizabeth Bonny, Pirate Queen.
The Laughing Man - It's the name of the ship but the captain has taken to laughing manically as he executes the enemy crew.
