I'll soon be helping someone roll up a Fey'ri character, but I can't find a couple of key bits of info. Could someone help?
I have the Monsters of Faerun supplement, which details the Fey'ri, but it isn't very clear on level adjustments. Somewhere, I read that the level adj could be either +2 or +3, depending on the fiendish abilities chosen. Is there another supplement that clarifies this, or has a more official word on LAs for fey'ri than Monsters of Faerun?
Are there any typical issues that you've run into, as either players or DMs, when working with Fey'ri characters that affect gameplay in a negative way? If so, what kinds of things were done to address them?

Fey'ri with damage reduction, dimension door, or enervation have an level adjustment of +3 instead of +2.
Further, a fey'ri is not permitted to have more than one of the spell-like abilities mentioned above.

In the Forgotten Realms, at least in the various books and novels that are out, Fey'ri are typically the offspring of:
- a willing sun elf (from a fallen house that allied with the Dlardrageths)- and a succubus (or incubus) - which are one type of tanar'ri
However, the term "fey'ri" has been used fairly loosely, so it may not exactly be the above (e.g. a succubus). Higher level demons are possible, like demon princes - in which case the books have called them "demonfey", and they usually have more powers like a half-fiend (see Sarya Dlardrageth, as an example of a demonfey).

Thanks, that is helpful. What's the sourcebook, though? The Forgotten Realms Campaign Setting just has a small table in the back that says +2 for Fey'ri, and doesn't say anything about powers chosen, or a +3 ECL for choosing specific powers. The Monsters of Faerun supplement lists the powers possible and a template, but doesn't say anything about different ECLs... drives me crazy. If you might know the source for the diffs between +2 and +3 Fey'ri, I'd be really grateful. Thanks!
