Well, they might look something like this:
EPIC CRUSADER
Hit Die: d10
Skill Points at Each Additional Level: 4 + Int modifier
Maneuvers and Stances: The crusader’s iniator level is equal to his class level. The crusader’s number of maneuvers readied does not increase after 20th-level. The crusader does not learn additional maneuvers or stances after 20th-level.
Bonus Feats: The epic crusader gains a bonus feat every three levels higher than 20th (in addition to the ones they gain every three levels).
EPIC SWORDSAGE
Hit Die: d8
Skill Points at Each Additional Level: 6 + Int modifier
Maneuvers and Stances: The swordsage’s iniator level is equal to her class level. The swordsage does not learn additional maneuvers or stances after 20th-level.
Quick to Act: The swordsage’s quick to act ability goes up by +1 every five levels higher than 20th (+6 at 25th-level, +7 at 30th-level, and so on).
Bonus Feats: The epic swordsage gains a bonus feat every three levels higher than 20th (in addition to the ones they gain every three levels).
EPIC WARBLADE
Hit Die: d12
Skill Points at Each Additional Level: 4 + Int modifier
Maneuvers and Stances: The warblade’s iniator level is equal to his class level. The warblade does not learn additional maneuvers or stances after 20th-level.
Bonus Feats: The epic warblade gains a bonus feat every three levels higher than 20th (in addition to the ones they gain every three levels).
You might want to create your own special Epic feats for these three classes and post them here.
Additional comment: I don’t suggest that the steely resolve/furious counterstrike ability improves after 20th-level for crusaders. If anyone thinks it should, then the bonus feats should be gained every four levels higher than 20th, rather than every three levels (in addition to the ones they gain every three levels).
