Weird things I heard about RPG

This thread is dedicated to those who want to share any awkward/funny'or just plain stupid comment that they heard about rpg. There goes some of mine(that I remember)

The mom of One kid who was playing D&D tells him "Son you should stop playing this game. There is no point playing it" And the kid answers "Mom of course there's a point to it. One day if you try hard you can reach level 20."

A friend of mine was trying to convince a guy to play RPG. The guy, annoyed, responds: "Why live a fantasy if you can be one." [ I didn't know you could actually be an elf wizard but..]

I've told people I play roleplaying games and they respond with "is that a sex thing?"

I've heard that as well. And if you want to scare them, tell them, "it can be..."

Not mentioning when people think you deal with voodoos or witchcraft when you say you play d&d.

You can REALLY mess with people's minds if they think that. I have, and it has sent people running. It's hilarious.
