Age of Worms Honour Roll

Age of Worms Adventure Path

Most Campaigns will fail. There are dozens of reasons why a campaign might fall apart. Players or DMs move, the AP turns out not to appeal to all the participants. A TPK demoralizes the players and they refuse to keep playing the AP, DM Burnout etc. The list is potentially endless.

A select few, however, will do it all. They will take their party from 1st level to 20th level and play through pretty much every adventure in an AP. Such a feat probably requires, at a minimum, a session almost every week for at least a year. This is a real accomplishment.

To those DMs and their stalwart players I, and most of the rest of the gaming community I'm sure, salute you.

This thread is in your honour. What I propose is that the DM or one of the players that have managed this feat post the date of the campaigns completion (and start date if they can remember). The Name of the DM. The Name of the Party. The Players names and the roll call of the Heros they where running in the final battle against Kyuss.

Finish it off with any other notes you want to add for example if your players started at 2nd level or you replaced HoHR with a home-brew or you ran this in Eberron etc.

RULES
Not everything has to exactly by the book but it has to be fairly close to be deserving of this honour. You can't have chosen to run two of the adventures in your home brew - it has to have been some take on Age of Worms and you have to have finished it - It is acceptable if your party lost the the final battle to Kyuss but not if your game fell apart in Library of Last Resort.

Here is a Template

Notes on the Campain: xxx

This seems interesting. I'm sure my players will be here, just gives us 6 or 7 months(lol). I'm glad we who are playing my campaign are all neighbors and we used to play everyday(mad huh?) but since I moved to America we can only play when I go back for vacations. Anyways, great idea this one

Start Date: June 2005
End Date: 2 Feb 2007

DM: I’ve Got Reach (All DM’s have reach)

Group Name: Shining Heroes of Tomorrow (SHOT)

Mihir, Champion Cleric of Ehlonna
Alexander St. Monday, aka Serif, Chief Investigator for the church of Heironeous, Senior Administrator of Alhaster
Zurrell, Gold Half-Dragon War Lord, retired
Kiron, Silver Half-Dragon Archmage
Keegan, Bear Warrior of the North, married to Jannedaria
Jannedaria, Warlock Master, married to Keegan
Durall, Frenzied Berserker, wandering the lands whereabouts unknown

Campaign Notes: This good-aligned party was born during the module Champion’s Belt. The original party was largely evil and a hellava lot of fun. They died a timely death at the hands of Pitchblade in the Ceonoby. Various notes regarding the campaign (found searching with my Avatar name) can be found in this message board; they feature alternative plot twists and a few monologues from important NPCs.

Congratulation to I've Got Reach and The Shining Hero's of Tomorrow. My the memories of this epic campaign last a life time.
