If you wanted to use it's proper name, yeah I think that vulgarpasta is pretty close.

I say "UL-ger-stah-stah", and yes, it sounds like Vulgar Pasta. I acutally impressed my players with pronouncing it last week when I stumbled over the name the prior week.

I spent some drive time repeating it until I liked how it rolled.

Perhaps a pronouciation guide for some of the more difficult to figure out names would be a neat idea?
