Hi when I was placing my order for my dragon subscription, the credit card info didn't go through properly once so i refilled it out and then the website accepted it, however when i checked my bank statement. I was charged twice on my credit card. Can you remove the first charge? The website here says it only chraged me once, but my bank statement says I was charged twice.

Hi Jason:
I'll check with our accountant on Monday. Our records only show one charge on your card, so we will actually have to call the credit card company to confirm that you were indeed charged twice. You should hear from us next week. Thanks much!
