My subscription says that you shipped it on 12/12/06 and it's now 1/17/07 and I still haven't recieved it. I'm not sure why my dungeon magazines never seem to make it to me. I didn't get #142 either and I finally just gave up and purchased it at the store.

We'll reship. I notice you've had some issues with your address in the past—can you verify that everything's correct now?
yes I did check and you have the correct address now. That's why I can't figure out what's going on. I've only rarely had problems getting my Dragon issues but my Dungeon issues just aren't making it to me somehow.

Everything is handled identically on our side. Perhaps your postal carrier prefers Dungeon.

Hi Vic,
Would you mind taking a look to find out when 143 went out to me also. I just received the latest issue of Dragon, and it's unusual to get that before Dungeon. I've had issues be up to a month late, and given the holiday and weather, I'm not ready to call it lost yet, but I may be bugging you soon.

Copies are shipped to all non-European subscribers at the same time, on the date displayed on our website for each issue. So, your copy went out on December 12, just like everyone else in the US.

I've had issues be late by 2-4 weeks in the past (in one case an issue arrived after the next issue). Is that due to postal delivery issues? My issues normally arrive, just not in a predictable manner.

Pretty much.
Subscribers' issues are shipped via periodicals rate, which is low priority. Therefore if any mail is going to be delayed for any reason, the magazines usually are amongst the first to be delayed. They will almost always arrive, but delivery times can be somewhat erratic (as you have experienced).
