If you are campaigning on another world what are you doing about the names of various gods, peoples (Olmans, Sul, etc) and cultures (Scarlet Brotherhood)?
Nothing, you're completely screwed.... Okay, just kidding. :D There are some conversion notes for Forgotten Realms and Eberron, if you play in either of those settings.
If you're not.... Well, you can probably still use the conversion notes as rough inspiration of how to switch things up. And, for further thought, just use the closest analogous in your setting.
As far as gods go, that's probably the easiest at it becomes a game of "match the portfolios." The Olman are derived from the Central American civilisations, so if you have anything vaguely resembling that, there you go. The Scarlet Brotherhood could easily be replaced by any racist organisation that believes that humans of their particular ethnic derivation should rule over everyone else. Replace the Suel ethnicity with whatever ethnicity you SB replacement is made up of.

I just wondered what names you switched. THe Scarlet Brotherhood is a biggie. What groups in the other settings even come close to resembling them.
Of course the Olmans can be from Maztica in the FR but what of Ebberon?
In the Realms we used the Rundeen as the Scarlet Brotherhood. They are a semi-evil merchant guild operating in the Shining Sea. It doesn't take too much stretching to turn their style into that of the SB.
And you're dead on for Maztica. Never played in Eberron, and don't own any of it's stuff, so I don't have much to add for that.
