I placed this order on Dec 1. It has been in pending mode ever since. I actually got a response on an email from Michelle Barrett on the 11th, and I replied on the same day with instructions for completing the order. But after waiting a few days, still nothing had been done. I've emailed a few more times... no replies. I called and left a message on their answering machine, no callback. It does not look good for receiving these items before Christmas.
Have they fallen off the earth or what? It's frustrating when you're trying to give them sales and they won't acknowledge you. I can go elsewhere with my $$$ but I specifically chose to support Paizo. I begin to wonder.
I also just recently subscribed to Dungeon magazine and I sincerely hope this kind of thing is NOT what I should expect for customer service.

We apologize for the delay in customer service replies currently. I assure you that this is not how things usually go. Between the increase in volume due to the holidays, staff illnesses, and the unending bad winter weather (we couldn't even open the office on Friday), just about everything is taking much longer than normal.
Phone messages and email are handled in the order in which they are received and we will do our best to get to yours as quickly as possible.
