I placed an order for the Campaign Workbook for someone for Christmas last year (heh!) and it'll finally be out at the end of this year (heh heh!), but I've noticed that my previous incarnation of credit card has since expired for said order, placed in 2005.
I can't seem to figure out how to update the credit card for said order... help?
