I had similar needs, my party is a high speed crew.
Essentially, Drevoraz gets there when the DM wants. You can assume the bullywugs carry him on a panaquin, using their marsh walking ability to hustle there. They could even force march it if need be, spurred on by their fanatical shaman.
Or, you could do what my crew did (or rather I let them do) and let them beat the bullywugs there. It doesn't change the fact that the bullywugs will still attack, and if you count up all the numbers of bullywugs, thats a big group!
Unless the PCs are smart enough to figure out which way they would come in from (the stream) the bullywugs could easily invade the manor anyhow. As it was, only a few smart and lucky assumptions landed the PCs the heads up in the basement, and only the druids entangle on the area outside the house gave them any respite from the flood of frogmen.
In the end, you as DM decide when drevoraz gets there. The movement rules and small map can help you guess, but ultimately, he gets there whenever its going to a make the game the most fun for your group. Mine likes feeling successful when they pull out all the stops, which they did to get there, so they got there first. Your group might like saving the day more, so they get there after the bullywugs. Whatever is best for your own group.

The adventure assumes that he gets there before the PCs, no matter how fast the PCs are. That said, if your PCs somehow get back to Sasserine SUPER FAST and you'd like to reward them for their speed, you can turn the last part of the adventure into a siege scenario, with the PCs fighting side by side with Lavinia and the Jade Ravens to defend Vanderboren Manor from a bullywug invasion.
