Sub-Tropical Climate

Shackled City Adventure Path

I have noticed that the adventures of the SCAP seems to be written like it is in a northern climate with the trappings of the tropical. The art reflects it, the choice of armor reflects it.

Has anyone worked up the heat and humidity effects for their campaign?

I'm kind of by-passing this issue in my game. The way I play it, the Cauldron region is sub-tropical, but being up on top of a mountain, the town itself has more of a temperate type climate - and since the original settlers were from a colder clime, they've never really seen fit to adopt to a more tropical style of armour and clothing.

Also, most of my campaign will take place in winter, which Ive decided is relatively cool even down in the jungle - enough so that wearing heavy armour is not unfeasible.
