I recently ordered the Dragonlance Campaign Setting from here and was told to expect it in roughly 3-8 days. (By my counting) it is about 3 days 'overdue' and I was wondering the status of the order. (You fine folks here at Paizo usually seem to answer these customer service questions fairly quickly too, which I know everyone appreciates.)

Ummm... hello? (I'm sure you folks at Paizo are quite busy) but I was really hoping to see some sort of reply to my query by now.
Much of the office is down at GenCon SoCal right now, so things are running a bit slower. Because of the nature of the messageboards, it's also very easy to accidently miss a post. For time-sensitive queries, email is usually the surer and faster way to go.
Michelle, hello and thank you for your efforts, I did send you and email too, saying much the same, but I thought I'd post a "thank you" here as well.
And as I said in my email, I happily received my order yesterday. :-)
