That's awesome... but unnecessary, really.

Instead of going though the hassle and expense of sending it back to us, why don't you just pass it off to a friend who'd appreciate it? I'm sure you know someone who would like the magazine and doesn't have a subscription.

Just make sure the subscription cards are still inside. ; )

You really are one cool guy Cosmo!
I know I've been having problems receiving my magazine(s) lately and have probably been a pain in the you-know-what, but if my mag is running late again I'll just have to wait a little longer to see if it shows up.
I really don't want to hassle you guys again unless it's absolutely necessary.
(Actually I do have a friend who could use a pickme-up right about now, so I'll pass this excellent issue on to him).
Thanks again for the great customer support. You've made my decision whether to renew or not alot easier!
