Are these places detailed anywhere else or or they just named for a DM to just add water and monsters and mix?

wasn't Hookface a red dragon from the Scakled City AP?

Yup; the map of the Sasserine region actually fits just over the top of the Cauldron region map (found in the hardcover version of Shackled City). Hookface's Lair is the same place on both maps, as is the Spire of Long Shadows.

Nope; we didn't have the space or budget to illustrate the Jade Ravens in Bullywug Gambit. They'll be "off-camera" for the next few adventures, coming back in issue #143, I believe, whereupon we'll be illustrating them. In fact, I just yesterday wrote the art order for them.
