Are there any official 3rd edition stats for Tenser? I have seen Living Greyhawk material with some stats for the Circle of Eight and even Rary of Ket, but of Tenser I have seen nothing.
He is statted up in very cool "Return of the Eight" adventure... but was that 3rd ed? Suddenly uncertain now...
Or you could use Manzorian from AoW - after all, he is Tenser, no matter what they call him.
My Greyhawk NPC list shows that the LGJ0 (Living Greyhawk Journal # 0 ?) has something on him - I don't have that, so can't verify it sorry. I don't think there's anything else for 3.x that's "official".

Return of the 8, while useful, was 2nd edition. As for Age of Worms, Manzorian doesn't have any stats provided.

Fair call. There is a PDF somewhere that has updated all the Greyhawk Campaign book spells to 3.5; that includes a number of Tenser spells (Tenser's Brawl, Tenser’s Staff of Smiting, Tenser’s Primal Fury, etc etc).
The site I referenced earlier actually has two version of Tenser; I haven't read through them properly yet, but I guess as always you can take the base and craft something from there, including throwing in some more of his own "name" spells.

Actually there are two versions on that page.
One by Mike Johnson and one epic conjecture by me. Both were made w/o much of the new material like the Spell Compendium basically with a core feel to them, we also didn't include the named spells, again same reason to keep with a core feel.Adding extra spells/ items/ etc... is the job of the DM. The basics are there for them to use/ ignore/ change as they will. I think I can speak for Mike here as well in saying, we're just glad to have a working template for anyone to use. =)

as a side note greater floating disk wasn't created by Tenser... it was created by a mage from Narwell that specializes in force magic named Aeroth Blith, building upon Tenser's previous work (and before the SC removed it Aeroth left the Tenser's in the name in honor of the creator of the original Floating Disk spell). I am sure that Aeroth would have sent Tenser a copy of the improved spell however :)
